Bonnie Casey lives in Chino Valley,
Arizona, where the high desert color
changes with the time of day. Bonnie won
an extended youth scholarship award for
the Art Institute of Chicago which lasted
eight years. Leaving the Art Institute Bonnie
studied old master techniques with Joe Abbrescia.
She worked with charcoal sticks to copy plaster castings
before painting with oils. For fifteen years Bonnie taught
all forms of fine art at the Village art School in Skokie, Illinois.
For five years she directed her own Art School in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Her work has been collected around the world.
